Rules & Regulations

Park Hours
The park will be open dawn to dusk. Bathrooms will be locked overnight.
Dogs
Dogs must be leashed and under the control of the owner at all times throughout the park, including walkways and trails. Please clean up after your pet.
Smoking
Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the park.
Alcohol
Alcohol use is not permitted in the park.

Plants

It is unlawful to destroy or remove any vegetation in the park.
Barbecues
No open fires of any kind are permitted in the park.
Picnics
Picnics are allowed and encouraged at picnic tables or on the grass just north of the playground.
Glass containers
It is unlawful to possess any cup, jar or container made of glass and used to carry or containing liquid.
Outdoor Entertainment Permits
Pending. Please check back later for an update.
Disturbing, Excessive, Offensive Noises
The following activities, among others, are declared to cause disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises in violation of this section and are unlawful, namely: (a) Horns, Signaling Devices, etc. Unnecessary use or operation of horns, signaling devices, or other similar devices, on automobiles, motorcycles, or any other vehicle. (b) Radios, Television Sets, Phonographs, Loud Speaking Amplifiers and Similar Devices.
Large groups
Groups of more than 49 persons must obtain a permit to hold or participate in any celebration, parade or special event. Contact [email protected] for more information.
Trails
Stay on designated trails. Walking, running, hiking and biking is permitted.
Camping
Camping or temporary shelters of any kind are not permitted.
San Diego River
The San Diego River is not accessible via the park. The river is a protected riparian zone.
